Leading marketing and communication efforts throughout Widespace's 8 markets (Stockholm, London, Paris, Milan, Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Amsterdam) and building a pan-European presence based on the company's vision. - Marketing: Creating and implementing the company's marketing strategy. Conceptualising and producing all promotional materials, online & mobile assets. Emailing & lead generation. - Digital Marketing: Project-managing the creation of the company's new website, from overall structure, wireframes, UX to messaging and creative. Launched in February 2007, Monocle is a premium media brand focusing on global affairs, business, culture and design. In addition to the 10 issues of Monocle published a year, there are two annual publications, seven shops, cafes in Tokyo and London, a round-the-clock radio and a website. Managing the planning, coordination and promotion of 60 international events per year ranging from 40 to 4000 participants from conferences, fairs to cocktail receptions across the world. - Developing and executing strategic integrated marketing campaigns for each event, using all relevant channels - mail, email, digital, PR, advertising. - Prospecting and negotiating with clients, sponsors and suppliers from around the world. - Developing media & commercial partnerships and generating new business opportunities. - Producing weekly on-going and post campaign effectiveness reports, and making recommendations to drive continuous improvement and achieve revenue targets. - Monitoring budgets, providing detailed forecasts and feed into the budget setting process. - Project managing the implementation of a CRM system for the company on a global scale.
