About me
I’m a highly experienced marketing and events consultant for startups and small businesses. For more than a decade, I’ve led global marketing activities, organised successful events and boosted the profiles of businesses in diverse industries, from global magazines, tech firms and beauty startups, to government organisations, fashion designers and small craft brands. I’m now the founder of Kim Does Marketing, a marketing and events consultancy with a focus on strategy, digital marketing, web and SEO, email marketing, social media and events. I specialise in helping startups, new brands and ambitious entrepreneurs – particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds – grow and see results. In 2020, I was certified as a Mailchimp Partner. I also regularly speak at events, run workshops and participate in webinars on topics from marketing and freelance life to female entrepreneurship. Recent appearances include: General Assembly London & New York, Top Drawer, She's got this, Enterprise Nation, LMF Network, Uncommon, Career Curious, Found & Flourish, Babes on Waves, Creative Entrepreneurs and Outreach Digital.
