About me
Hi, I’m Kim, a UX/UI Designer and qualified Agile practitioner, with a background in global projects and account management within the music industry.
With over a decade of experience in managing a diverse range of high-profile international clients and stakeholders within highly-pressurised and faced-paced agency environments, I have established seamless organisational and collaborative skills along with a solutions-focused mindset.
I have worked numerous campaigns for world-renowned musical artists such as Kylie Minogue, Ringo Starr, Dolly Parton, Katie Melua and many more, working across day to day management, research, deal negotiation, branding and marketing.
My interest in UX began several years ago, inspired by, and being an early adopter of industry disruptor digital banking and travel products. The combination of being able to apply creative and analytical thinking to commercial and customer problems draws on my past expertise and is a natural career move for me.
