  • o Worked as part of a team of two to control the entire brand image, reporting directly to the Head of Creative. o Created daily graphics (using Photoshop) that were used to promote the clothes, website and brand across all social media channels. o Wrote product descriptions and managed editorial content on the website. o Created a weekly social media calendar; making or curating posts, and implementing, running and promoting social media competitions, resulting in a rise in new and returning customer engagement o In my first week, organised and ran a highly successful social media campaign, designing all graphics and daily competitions, which resulted in a substantial increase in our following and brand engagement. o Increased newsletter to website engagement since taking over the role, by conceiving a weekly calendar that included original, celebrity style steals, blogger of the week and shop the edit graphics. o Created reports on social metrics and translated them into actionable insights. o Developed and managed relationships with off-site social influencers (bloggers and minor celebrities). Implemented a more personalised, 'Instagrammable' service with hand written notes and branded wrapping. o Updated and maintained the website using Shopify.
