I was solely responsible for all elements of? business including: Developing a food product and brand, taking the concept from inception to trading in 2 months. ? Securing a trading venue, negotiating a low risk contract to trial a pop-up food concept with negligible capital expenditure. Conducting focus groups and collated qualitative data to shape the product offering. ? Engaging in marketing activities targeting local residents and commuters with flyer promotions, redemption tags, social media and tasting events. ? Managing overall budget. Analysing sales data to influence supply orders and minimise stock waste; reaching a weekly supplies to revenue percentage ratio of 20-30%. ? Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers - cultivating positive working relations and establishing a regular process. ? Recruiting, training and managing a rota of volunteers; ensuring volunteers were confident with kitchen processes, the product offer and brand communication.

  • Managed the progress of the full GM Transformation rollout plan; tracking cross functional progress across 963 stores to maintain an accurate view of progress against the rollout critical path. Managed the communication of schedule changes via a rollout tracking document (critical feed to finance and commercial categories); evolving the document as required to accommodate changing users’ needs. Completed a wide range of analysis tasks for multiple stakeholders at short notice to facilitate key rollout decisions and proposals – highlighting the impacts proposals and decisions would have on programme Rollout. Worked collaboratively with the Delivery Plan Project Manager to resolve cross functional gaps in the rollout plan – including financial and strategic planning, resource capacity analysis and key stakeholder management. Managed programme wide risks and issues – escalating and driving mitigation of programme concerns. Compiled weekly delivery reports to inform senior leaders of top line achievements, concerns and next steps.
