My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, - Managing 350 options per annum, being the only admin on the department and no AB - Implementing department strategies to drive department forward alongside the team - Delivering seasonal product review to CEO and directors through presentations, as well as pre and main sign off meetings. - Managing supplier base, building and maintaining relationships to increase flexibility, reduce lead times and improve profitability. - Proactively seeking new supplier UK and far east - Demonstrating a proactive trading attitude by optimising best sellers through the analysis and review of sales and reactions, considering risks and opportunities. - Provide analysis, detailed cost and product comparison through comparative and directional shop reports. - Manage all communication and negotiate with suppliers on price and delivery to maximise and deliver department margin and stock expectations
Working in a fast paced environment where I provided exceptional administration for the PR & sample teams in womenswear and lingerie department. Working very close with the showroom team I managed samples for walk ins and celebrity meetings, Ensuring that all sample products are logged onto the system database, packaged as per the brand standards and despatched according to instruction.I also had the responsibility to collect daily coverage reports and monitoring samples into the brand. Building relationships with different departments to maintain the operational styling/tidiness of the Press Showroom, associated areas and product to ensure it is suitable for press appointments as well as carrying out administrative tasks such as maintaining full and proper sample records accurately and timely.
