About me

I have recently graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 in History of Art and am looking to gain some more experience in the fashion production and creative industry. Having just completed a placement at The Production Factory where I was involved in the creation of various mood boards to pitch to their client Marks and Spencer for their upcoming fashion and art shoots. I was also involved in the location scouting process for a potential upcoming shoot in which I created a board of suggested locations ready to pitch to the client. In addition I assisted and learnt the daily office tasks for the running of a fashion production agency. Previously I completed a internship at Peter Jones working with the Visual Merchandising team installing their Christmas windows, where I assisted in the sourcing of the props as well as designing and styling the content and displays for their windows. I was fully involved in the whole process from the design to the installation, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Prior to this I completed a placement at a start up creative content and production agency, HM London Creative, where I was able to learn and experience a variety of different aspects that are involved within fashion production as a whole. I assisted on the creation of new content and imagery by creating various mood boards that fit the client’s ethos. As well as completing tasks ranging from organising the models, props and locating spaces for upcoming shoots to emailing and contacting new brands and clients to secure future business for the company. All of these Internships have accentuated and highlighted my passion for fashion and design enormously and I am looking to expand my skills and my experience of the fashion industry as a whole to gain an even greater understanding.
