  • Working closely with the PPS Licensing team to assist with the day to day management of the marketing database and campaign schedule. Stakeholder Management: - Providing advice and assistance to key stakeholders and using the database to inform appropriate marketing activities. Email Marketing: - Full understanding of the marketing database, its limitations and challenges. - Working with the marketing team to plan the monthly campaign schedule. - Create direct and email marketing campaigns, run data counts and check data builds using the marketing database and monitor the quality levels of data fed back from campaigns. Administration: - Manage and execute campaigns (data processing, file transferring, live laser proofs and sign off) as well as monitoring the mailing schedule. - Filing campaign materials, managing, printing and producing stock items for campaigns - Own and develop a quality control/checking process ensure data is fit for purpose Reporting: - Using excel, with formulas, pivot tables and large data set to produce detailed reporting on the penetration of the market, the campaign performance/success and ROI.
