A highly dedicated and hard-working Creative Designer with over 10 years of experience working within the design industry. Having worked predominantly across the luxury sector, I pride myself on my ability to adapt to different industries and styles working well with clients whilst striving to deliver the best solutions to even the most complex projects.     As design manager I led the design team within a highly productive marketing department. Providing creative direction on both print and digital design briefs for all brands, as well as providing guidance and overseeing the work created for both Sandals and Beaches brands internally and externally ensuring all work produced met the high standards of the brand guidelines. As well as delivering high quality marketing solutions, my role was to support and encourage innovation within the team, coming up with new concepts and branding ideas to present to the Chairman and Directors to ensure that Sandals and Beaches continued to grow as a brand creatively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Managing two in-house designers as well as two freelance art-workers • Providing support and guidance to my team, allowing each person to develop as a designer • Maintaining excellent relationships with the US teams to ensure international brand consistency • Developing brand guidelines • Working closely with the marketing team • Overseeing the production of all in-house materials across online and offline platforms • Pushing creative boundaries whilst tackling new technologies and formats to remain competitive commercially and creatively. • Creating a wide range of marketing and branding materials from print and digital advertising, brochures to taxi wrap creatives from concept to fulfilment. • Liaising with printers, newspapers and magazine advertisers to ensure high quality artwork is delivered on time • Creating and presenting new ideas to senior management and directors
