About me
I am a graphic designer working between London and Rotterdam. I have established my practice in 2010. Since then I have been engaging with projects of different scales and complexities; including publications, magazines, visual identities and digital platforms (websites and e-books). My work prioritizes visual clarity and technical elaboration, offering designs that are tangible without refusing to be playful. I favour a close collaboration and dialogue with clients and partners to develop coherent and contemporary design solutions. Recent projects include: publications for the Serpentine Gallery, Goldsmiths CCA, Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art, Ullens Center for Contemporary Art, Sharjah Art Museum, Marianne-Brandt Award, Josef Trattner; and websites for the Master Fine Art of the Piet Zwart Institute Rotterdam, Rib art space and …ment, among others.

The book contains more than 70 drawings and collages showing Ishigami’s extensive form studies and research into nature. With images by Iwan Baan and texts by Beatrice Galilee, Isabelle Gaudefroy and Hans Ulrich Obrist. Printed by Wonderful Books and publ

  • Visual identity & book design for “Allan Sekula: OKEANOS”
Visual identity & book design for “Allan Sekula: OKEANOS”In 2017, I designed the visual identity (poster, flyers, exhibition graphics) and the catalogue for the exhibition “Allan Sekula: OKEANOS” at Thyssen-Bornemisza Art Contemporary (TBA21) in Vienna. The exhibition was charting Sekula’s investigation of the oceans, which make up most of our fragile hydrosphere. The design with its corrugated rectangular shapes refers in an abstract way to Sekula’s motive of cargo-containers which has been the central subject he pursued over the last three decade
