Within the strategy team, I managed two major ongoing client relationships (Costa Coffee and E.ON) alongside various new business opportunities. My responsibilities included: ● Defining multi-channel ecosystems that blend physical and digital touchpoints with clear channel roles ● Customer segmentation and journey mapping across channels ● Planning and orchestrating a variety of first hand research methods, including focus groups, remote testing, usability testing and tree testing ● Aligning both creative ambitions and brand development to brief creative teams and oversee ongoing creative exploration ● Building brand tone of voice, content frameworks and messaging structures ● Opportunity analysis following extensive landscape and customer research to identify future developments for clients
