My responsibilities included:
● Defining multi-channel ecosystems that blend physical and digital touchpoints with clear channel roles

● Planning and orchestrating a variety of first hand research methods,
including focus groups, remote testing, usability testing and tree testing
● Aligning both creative ambitions and brand development to brief creative
teams and oversee ongoing creative exploration
