? Product Developments and Costing:
? Analyze the developments and prepare quotations with the help of the vendors
? Suggest alternatives and work proactively in order to ensure the best price, quality and lead time. Work together with Quality and Fit Technician Teams to check the fitting and appeal of the garment
? Take approvals on trims and fabrics by submitting lab dips and strike offs
? Send the development and quotation to the best suitable suppliers according to the capacity strategy set by the Production team
? Use price history lists, planned production units and capacity plan as tools when distributing quotations to the suppliers
? Negotiate with suppliers regarding prices and deliveries
? Follow up deadlines for developments, quotations and samples as per the preorder method
? If an order is confirmed, check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed
? Order follow up
? Make sure all the materials are in house and send bulk materials for buyer’s approval
? Follow up the order by using TNA calendar, use deadlines as a help to keep track of order status. Make sure Delivery is on time
? Track and maintain PCD on time
? Work actively with the Fit samples together with Fit Technician Team for fit approvals and grading closure
? Keep the Senior Merchandiser updated of the general order situation
? Coordinate with Quality and ensure all the tests are complete with positive results
? Conduct risk assessment together with Production team
? Share knowledge and problems with the rest of the teams to improve and learn from mistakes
? Keep track of suppliers’ production plan to ensure on time delivery
? Keep close contact with the suppliers to know the status of orders at all times
? Ensure all the pre-production samples are dispatched on time for Buyer’s approval
? Coordinate Final inspection with production team and ensure FIR is correct
? Prepare shipment plan with the help of logistics team (Buyer’s, Suppliers, impulse’s teams)
? Coordination between Buyers and Supply Chain
? Create good dialogue with buyers for approvals
? Send clear and accurate information to the Buying team and suppliers at an early stage for clear
