About me

Born from indian parents, having studied in a british school in Madrid , university in the UK, as well as lived and worked in India and Nigeria, I feel I am very adaptable and comfortable with working with different cultures. I enjoy challenges and thus I created a new profitable fashion jewelry brand in 2013 however, my eagerness to grow both professionally and personally, is the reason I am open to new projects as long as they are more challenging. Exercise, family/friends, travelling and voluntary work are my priorities.

  • In charge of sales and marketing for all panasonic related items in Nigeria on a B2B level. This included, sales, debt collection, introduction of new products, marketing in stores (some clients SPAR, Mega Plaza, CashnCarry, ParknShop) However, I Started my job in the warehouse where I was assistant to the warehouse manager and organized orders onto the trucks. Had to make sure all orders sent as per invoices, at times assist in loading the orders and in the process got to learn the different products we were selling. Spent 2 months in the retail stores - sales B2C, ordering and control of stocks, enhanced promotions to achieve more sales such as black friday, valentines day, christmas e.t.c R&D for introduction of new products for the Nigerian market - Would periodically go into the local markets and figure the prices of competitive brands for new products which were not yet in our store. Products such as Cameras and certain home appliances such as Irons, vacuum cleaners were then brought into our product range. Due to my international background, and my ability to blend in with different cultures, I would be in charge of 'escorting' international guests from Panasonic Japan around the markets and retail stores. Would help in local trade shows where we captured new B2B and B2C clients. Would help in sales, and prior to the fair, in design of stand, fliers, and negotiation for advertisements. After my 1st year, I had two local staff working directly for me , assisting me with sales, RnD, debt collection.
