  • Open University Responsible for the development of the OU’s new website functionality, Interactive Study Planner and Product Pricing tool. The project aim was to solidify and increase the user experience and reduce the 40% drop out rate of online learners during the registration phase Using the blended methodology of Agile and Waterfall myself and the business owner were responsible for the grooming of product backlog • Responsible for capturing requirements, producing SOWs and identifying delivery milestone • Responsible for high level technical solution in collaboration with Developers and Testers utilising Agile Methodology • Planning and estimation of work packages and tasks • Creation and on-going management of the plan for project delivery • Management of onsite developers utilising Agile methodology • Securing resources required for project delivery • Documentation of functional and non-functional requirements • Liaison with technical teams on project deliverables • Responsible for the supervision and defined standards of user stories within work stream • Communication of project progress to stakeholders, including budget reconciliation • Identifying issues and risks to a project and proposing mitigating actions • Prioritisation of bugs and issues raised during testing • Handover of project to operations team for on-going support • Support commercial team on new business opportunities with high level analysis and planning
