Managing the production of campaigns for high profile brands, from quick turnaround projects down to year long campaigns with multiple shoots and events. I worked to ensure a successful process from brief to final delivery, and led teams to deliver outputs such as designed assets, custom photo content and social first content, as well as live events.
On a daily basis I liaised with clients, and supervise teams in order to maintain momentum on projects and meet targets. Ultimately I held responsibility for driving the progression, and successful delivery of each project.
Key Achievements:
- Worked directly with senior leadership to organise the construction (from break down to final build) of our comapny studio, including overseeing and administering the budget for the new studio department.
- Increased client return rates by building strong relationships with my clients. My repeat clients included Sony, BBC Sounds, Netflix & Dove.
- Improved productivity and ways of working within the delivery team, by reviewing on a weekly basis to identify blockers and find more efficient solutions, resulting in more effective and timely completion of client feedback, creative amends, and mapping out project timings.
