Manage the day-to-day running of the account and team, ensuring that the client’s needs are met. • Supervise a team of 4 (3 based onsite with me and 1 based in our studio), monitoring their performance and offering them constructive feedback through holding monthly or bi-monthly 1-2-1s. • Attend strategy meetings with key client directors and heads of department, representing VCG-Kestrel at these meetings. • Be involved from design concept stage through to repro and file release with high profile corporate redesigns; this encompasses team liaison with the client, design agencies, Kestrel studio, suppliers and printers in order to deliver brand product launches as per agreed critical paths. • Manage client expectations with regards to timings, reporting to department heads on a weekly basis via RAG status report and offering solutions in order to not delay their requirements. • Hold meetings with Account Director and Studio Manager, utilising the time to discuss any issues with the team, quality of work, potential amends to structure and process. • Implement new processes with team and monitor progress of new/amended ways of working. • Brief projects onto our internal workflow system, ensuring all data is accurate and easily understood by the production team. • Support financial management of account, including managing and completing estimates and invoicing by specified dates. • Assist the Account Director with strategy meetings in order to take client relationship forward. • Organise, plan, write and host client studio tours.
