By analysing the existing main trend so to set up a right direction in video positioning, tone and manner, and become outstanding among other competitive.
Take charge for the whole pre- and post-production parts, brainstorm the creative ideas with teammates and set up a feasible work schedule for different parties in the project; props and storyboard preparation, and ensure the outcome quality matches with the requirement.
Organizing: Make sure all the production cost is within budget. Equally distribute the workload to other teammates.
