BUNDLES is a personalized service for shopping via messenger empowered with Artificial Intelligence that helps users easily find the garment and gives fashion stores new and powerful sales and customer acquisition channel. Chatbot acts as a personal shopping assistant sending users personalized offers based on their own style and preferences. What do we do: - We create a database fulfilled with a product line information of fashion brands and designers. - Users communicate with a chatbot via messenger in natural language and we create a knowledge base from this feed. - Chatbot memorize users data (size, style, preferences, etc.) and offers the most matching garment items for every users request for next dialogs using this knowledge base.
