    In-house design for promotional events such as European MedTech events, MeetUp networking events and Meetings. Managing and creating files for a CMS system including video, imagery and news articles. Developing promotional materials based on branding guidelines for The MedTech Campus in association with Anglia Ruskin University and ERDF requirements which, included Banners, Leaflets, Posters, HTML emails and Stickers. Preparing and maintaining project reports, for budgets and forecasts. Compiling meticulous records, compliant with EU auditor’s regulations allowing businesses to qualify for funding, in the form of invoices, payments and bank reconciliations while updating partners and grant applicants at all times. Preparing Management Information relating to financial reporting and claims. Preparing reports to keep Project Management Committees updated on project processes, and the achievements against milestones, outputs and required results. Preparing all documentation relating to the grant approval process, including finalising and issuing grant applications and paperwork to the Assessment Panel, preparing management reports on panel responses and issuing grant offer letters or contracts to recipients.  Dealing with public sector procurement and contractual administration relating to the project.  Liaising with the Secretary and Clerk’s Office to establish new contracts and contract extensions for contractors and consultants in accordance with ERDF procurement regulations. Using Microsoft Dynamix CRM to record and maintain information relating to project engagement and relationships for opportunities of future collaboration. Developing new administrative functions to achieve the project milestones, outputs and results.  Maintaining compliant records, and updating the project databases to enhance monitoring and data collection in accordance with European targets. Attending networking events to promote the projects and attract new clients, whilst enhancing existing relationships with businesses and key members of the wider MedTech community. Working across multiple projects to advise and provide assistance to the Project Managers in order to achieve their milestones, outputs and results. Organising and preparing equipment for events, taking full responsibility for transporting and setting up sound, filming and photographic equipment. Filming and directing high profile MedTech events at locations including the House of Lords, University College London and the Royal Society of Medicine. Editing and developing videos for online streaming, through Vimeo and the university's CMS. Working with Senior Business Consultants, Directors and Managers to promote and publish updates for upcoming events using websites, the CMS and social media. Creating animations using After Effects, for use during event presentations, speaker introductions and partner promotions. Developing targeted newsletters, e-zines and other promotional materials in Dreamweaver for SMEs using HTML5, Photoshop and Illustrator based on briefs set by marketing personnel and project partners. Taking photographs at events; editing photographs and uploading to various websites.
