Marketing Manager: Development of company website, handing social media outlets (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook) Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional material, sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the local press. Editing existing websites using coding, taking images and editing them. Search engine optimisation for existing as well as new clients. Updating social media sites. Proofreading content and grammar, making changes where necessary, testing the website to ensure it is working, handing the completed website over to the client.
PR & Events Manager Assuring customer’s satisfaction, Organising events & parties for staff and customers. Negotiating deals with suppliers. Help with creative marketing ideas for the business, design contexts, and layout of flyers. Representing the business in exhibitions held around the region. Recruiting new staff/Training/ and Router organisation. Responsible for updating social media sites (Twitter, and Facebook) updating companies website. Organising paper work, and filing, reading, and responding to mail. Typing documents. Arrange meetings for Clients/Staff/Managers.
Office Manager: Arranging travel, meetings and appointments, balancing office budgets, ordering stationary and equipment. Supervising and monitoring the work staff. Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. Reviewing and implementing the company’s heath and safety policy, arranging training for staff. Handling some PR work, as well as updating social media sites. Arranging paperwork for directors and accountants.
PR Officer: Responding to any complaints from students, management, and parents. Organising meetings for the staff/management. Organising events for the school, Graduation Ceremonies, Parents Teacher meetings, Talent shows, Exhibitions, School field trips, and Open days. Handling all press releases within the local media, as well as full responsibility for the layout and contexts of promotional material. Preparing correspondence on the principal’s behalf. Attending events/meetings as the principal’s representative. Preparing presentations, preparing papers for meetings. Organising travel arrangements for managers, and guests. Responding to mail. Front of house contact for new students and staff members.
