• Receptionist; exceptional customer service as a first point of contact for visitors, guests, employees and contractors. • Handling all calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner • Courier Services for samples and gifting product using TNT, Brisqq, City Sprint and Royal Mail
• Receptionist; exceptional customer service as a first point of contact for visitors, guests, employees and contractors. • Head Office support for 50 staff; courier management using FedEx, meeting room management, office supplies procurement and building maintenance. • Administrative support for Executive team; completing monthly expense reports for HR Director, Retail Director, Marketing Director and Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. • Support to the PR & Marketing team; assisting in merchandise loaning, celebrity and influencer gifting coordination, assisting in event coordination and preparation. • Retail Operations support to Market Director; organising and assisting events for Sydney market, managing retail uniforms across 12 stores in Australia and New Zealand, responsible for executing retail incentive called My Tiffany Rules across store network taking full creative and operational control. • Support to Operations Manager; assisting in seamless coordination of Head Office relocation to permanent site. • Support to HR team; assisting in coordination or quarterly training, in-house inductions and group interviews, organising catering and booking domestic travel.
• Fashion and trend writing, forecasting local and international fashion trends, manage social media for site (Instagram, Facebook), assisting in fashion shoots, tracking site traffic through analytics. • Knowledge of programs: CMS, Adobe Photoshop, Google data analytics.
