    VisitBritainshop.com is the e-commerce platform of VisitBritain, the UK Tourist Board and in 2017-18 it achieved £27.8 million of revenue and over £2 million in net-profit all which is re-invested in marketing Britain overseas. - In charge of maximising growth of VisitBritain Shop across contracting, revenue, margin and conversion, contributing to delivering Tourism Growth across nations and regions of Britain. - Line management of a team of five through personal development, learning and effective delivery, providing an atmosphere of high energy, fun, and engagement whilst achieving set objectives. - Working with the Online Marketing team to develop and launch seasonal and thematic marketing campaigns throughout the year, managing and ensuring special offers and tactical promotions are available all year around. - In charge of the affiliate and B2B strategy for growth through partnership activation (such as Eurostar) and effective key account management. - Representing VisitBritain at key trade events and training workshops both in the UK and overseas, looking after all B2B global distributions to partners (B2B, affiliates, suppliers). - Continuing to support Government partner Transport for London in the marketing and distribution of their products to consumer and trade audience worldwide.

    Following company restructure, I was promoted to work in the Retail Product team as part of the newly formed Commercial division. - Managed the delivery of the Hub strategy for the VisitBritain Shop through UK product contracting; secured over 30 new products for the year by presenting and collaborating with the regions and account managing suppliers. - In charge of the B2B markting of VisitBritain Shop, including branding, advertorials, trade newsletter content, presentations. I created and delivered the global Trade Toolkit aimed at the VisitBritain team, UK and global partners, used by all our offices overseas. - Travel trade engagement at events both in the UK and overseas. I have doubled the revenue of the affiliate scheme in less than a year, effectively account managing partners from Europe and rest of world: USA, Canada, India, Brazil, SE Asia. - Assisted in the VisitBritain Shop team restructure, implementing staff product and sales training; helped in the recruitment and interview process for both Executive and Interns roles within the team.
