• Since January 2015 I have been the client services lead on a £10million account for Arrow Electronics, a global provider in electronic components based in Denver, Colorado. The initial focus was to strategically change their online offering and develop a global Ecommerce site. The account involved travel to the US, organising multiple workshops and liaising with the clients on a day-to-day basis.
• Most recently I have worked with The Co-operative Bank to create their 4 year digital vision for mortgages. This involved engaging 30 key stakeholders for extensive vision workshops and working closely with our Strategy team to create outputs based around both the business and user needs. Our first piece of work has been working on their public site mortgages redesign and creating an online DIP.
• I have assisted in the strategy and management of projects such as large website builds, In-Store digital concepts, innovation products, mobile websites, email campaigns, digital display banners, digital brand books.
• My role involves leading teams from a strategic focus and making sure both the users’ and client’s needs are at the center of all decisions, while also doing the day to day elements such as, reconciliations, detailed cost estimates, hosting agreements and other client-facing materials. I’m also currently managing two AEs and carrying out their appraisals and providing them with objectives.
• I work closely with all disciplines within the agency, which has given me great exposure to each important element whether it is user research, persona creation, concepting, technical builds and many more.
