About me

I'm a northern graphic designer and creative. Curious and empathetic, I'm excited by the challenge of understanding the needs of clients, and bringing their ideas to life through timeless designs. I graduated in Business from Edinburgh University and worked in events and marketing in the charity sector for 3 years before completing Shillington’s graphic design course in Manchester. From ideating concepts to finessing finished designs, I'm passionate about the design process, and look forward to further developing my skills.

Here I assisted the Strategic Marketing Lead in developing effective marketing communication campaigns, implementing these through creating plans, graphics and effective copy ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines. The campaigns were continuously assessed and reported upon, using campaign analytics to improve output. I also worked with design agencies to commission artwork for core campaigns and key events.

This role focussed on the creation and editing of video and audio content for an online resource library. This included building out the content in Wordpress and collating/writing the copy required for this new section of the website.
