Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Sales Management and customer care - Managing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing key boutique and online accounts and other existing customers. Promoting the product to potential new customers and getting the brand name as widely recognised as possible through store visits, cold calling, networking, online marketing and social media Developing potential new business opportunities for current and past season product through boutiques, store groups, high street retailers, independent stores and secondary market participants including Secret Sales, Luxfix, and Amazon. Present collections to new and existing clients, both in the London showroom and/or at a client’s own offices and at trade shows. Achieve set seasonal revenue and cost budgets/targets. Manage and arrange the incentivisation of sales support staff. Liase with director to improve product offering and with suppliers to ensure maintenance of product quality. PR Management - Interacting with national and trade press, handling enquiries Arranging call outs for photo shoots and corporate presentations Managing contacts with celebrities, their agents and stylists Maintaining and developing the data base for press contacts , TV, stylists and bloggers Organising bi-annual press days. Product development – Researching seasonal trends, concepts and colours Sampling and styling Fitting and quality reporting Organising, style and book photoshoots. Working from concept to casting, styling, to photo edit checks on completion.

Management of two locations, the Flagship store on Percy Street and Concession in House of Fraser on Oxford Street Targets: • Achievement of budgeted monthly sales • Sales figures reporting and development of forecasts • Control of Staff management, motivation, appraisal, turnover & recruitment • Stock & Cost control
