My role with Sprinklr is that of a social strategist and technical expert. I work with brands to showcase how they can implement their social strategies via the Sprinklr platform from paid through to content marketing. In particular, I work closely with agencies such as OMD, Essence and ZenithOptimedia.
Subbed editorial, PR and marketing copy; cutting copy to fit and reworking copy where necessary; maintaining house style. Wrote copy for heads, sells, CTAs and social media. Managed the social media production schedule and subbing all social media copy, providing advice on the development of THE OUTNET’s tone of voice across social platforms. Managed the workflow and overseeing production of marketing emails and on site assets for weekly stories and major projects by liaising with the marketing, product merchandising and design teams. Created THE OUTNET.COM’s style guide for on site, social media, Customer Care and PR. Deputised for the Production Editor and Editorial Director on an ad hoc basis. Contributed ideas for upcoming projects and content. Trained new members of the marketing, editorial and product marketing teams to ensure they understood THE OUTNET's editorial production schedule.
