  • Squire and Partners is an award winning, and highly innovative UK architectural practice with a substantial body of work on both a UK and international level, currently employing over 200 members of staff. EA to Senior Partner and Architectural Team of 50 architects. Key daily duties: • Extensive diary management, organising meetings and complex travel arrangements, this has led me to become highly organised and efficient in order to meet the daily demanding schedules. • I have to be up to date on all projects and highly efficient at prioritising my work and managing task loads with a constant awareness of deadlines. • Email management and daily dictation of reports, letters, drafting responses and presentations, which means my verbal and written skills are of a very high level and I am highly proficient in word and email. • In this role I undertake all the Indesign and Powerpoint needs, creating client brochures and marketing material and desktop publishing for the team. • This is a very varied role which has honed my skills in Photoshop, InDesign and Microstation, from colouring up plans, to constructing brochures, creating presentations to photographing the buildings for the various projects. • Creating contextual mood boards and researching relevant architectural buildings to help produce detailed interiors presentations and mood boards, which involves using my creative ability and textiles background. • My work involves extensive client interaction and the organisation of team and client social events including the annual Winter Client conference to the French Alps where I organise all of the events during the trip and complex travel arrangements to suit all the clients. I am also in attendance at this event to ensure that everything runs smoothly and the clients are looked after to the highest degree. • This role has given me a great ability to communicate and interact extremely well with people of all levels and I really enjoy this aspect of my job as I am a friendly, outgoing person who loves to meet new people. • I love working in a fast pace environment and I find it invigorating and highly rewarding. I love to work with creative people as I enjoy all aspects of design. I am an enthusiastic and proactive self starter who likes to get fully involved in the tasks I am given and really take ownership of my role.
