I joined online fashion retailer JustFab UK, when it was a fledging start-up in the UK. It now has over 1 million members & has expanded into six EU territories. - Lead of Facebook marketing strategy for Europe. Acting as a knowledge leader, and senior contact point between US and EU divisions and intra-EU conference meetings, held on a weekly basis - A/B and Multi-variant testing of creative; analysing data and optimising to boost conversions. - Producing creative for banners, landing pages and email marketing.

Primary Flash designer for the M&S Xmas acquisition display campaign. Providing the master build for a large number of banner sets across different M&S departments (kidswear/menswear/food etc.) To keep file sizes small, these banners were animated with coded animation using the TweenLite engine. The deadlines on this project was extremely tight and due to the nature of the retail industry, changes (such as pricing/availability) were frequent. I supervised, managed workflow and signed-off creative done by other Flash Designers & ensured all creative sets were consistently delivered on time and to very high standards. Other accounts worked on include Barclays Stockbrokers, Diageo & Change4Life.
- IA and sole design of Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model week-by-week Facebook app - IA and lead design and IA for launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab as a YouTube Flash integrated Brand Channel and mobile app.

I worked for Agency Republic on a long-term contract, largely as a part of their O2 team. My work predominantly centred on banners animations as well as graphic work for both standard and rich media banner formats; including the design and build for two interactive banners for O2’s Favourite Place campaign, and the design of an overlay for the launch of The O2.
