For 20 years, Laura has brought her fresh and experimental approach to digital. Combining tech insights, a deep understanding of people and their behaviour, and good old fashioned storytelling, she has won numerous awards for her commercial work and been recognised globally as an innovator and industry leader. Laura scooped the New Media Age Greatest Individual Contribution to the Industry 2011, and was recently named the President of D&AD. She has recently been awarded an honorary doctorate for her services to graphic design. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of digitally-connected work and the cultural implications of digital society, Laura lectures around the world extensively. Leading dynamic workshops at major Universities and centres of excellence including Hyper Island, School of Communication Arts 2.0, NUA College of Fine Arts Sydney and the RCA, Laura is a champion for helping graduates get to grips with new forms of communication. Laura is the co-founder and Director of SheSays – an international volunteer organisation to encourage more women to take up digital creative careers. Now operating in 15 cities across the globe. Laura also founded Cannt Festival, a weeklong alternative to Cannes in London for the people who make the work but don’t get to go. And if all that wasn’t enough, Laura is also a trained taxidermist.

Helped firefight, inspire and plan the direction of the agency; and do all the designer and user ecperience stuff too.
Earned my agency stripes getting my hands dirty on a number of projects, from designing credit cards to babysitting celebrities in the office.
Helped to move their stable of magazines online, providing unique content without cannibalising the magazine sales. Was responsible for everything from 3rd party media relationships, good ol' design, bespoke CMS structure and strategy across their full range of titles.
