Raising invoices and handling payment for Exhibitor orders and Supplier payments First point of contact for suppliers, contractors and exhibitors, assisting with any issues or queries. Assisting the events team with the organisation, set-up and delivery of EGX London, the UK's largest consumer videogames show attracting 70,000 visitors over 4 days. • Handling admin tasks within the office including filing, emails and writing up ticket sales reports, processing queries and maintaining the press contacts and exhibitor databases. • Coordinating the logistics of exhibitor clients and liaising with the external PR and Operations team in the build-up and during the show. • Organising accommodation and travel for all staff and VIP’s. Plus organising schedules and itineraries when needed. • Responsible for all Press Pass applications and helping the external PR company with any press liaison • Managing front of house during the event days – ensuring each queue was under control and registration of tickets went smoothly. • Organising the client party for 650 guests, and the consumer party for 1200 guests at two Central London locations with DJ’s, Entertainment and catering, managing the budgets and venue staff.
