Position involved updating and extending the in house database system working with Microsoft Office, Box and Dice and Microsoft CRM.
Lived with an American family in Washington D.C. providing childcare services and attending classes as a student part time. This experience granted me the opportunity to improve my language and social skills within an English environment, whilst also teaching me to become even more capable and flexible to adapt myself in a different culture and a new environment.
Position primarily involved tour guides of the Joan Miro’s permanent collection and temporary exhibitions in different languages and various age groups ranging between 3-year-old class groups to adults. Cashier activities: selling tickets, promoting activities, tourist information, customer services. Group management: distributing workers position, organizing school-groups visits and resuming/closing sales balances each day.
