Hi there! I am currently a 3rd year Graphic Design student at Falmouth University, in which I have strong knowledge of Adobe and computing Software and concepts surrounding typography, visualities and depths of graphical communication/design. I have a keen interest in visual elements and aesthetic outlooks- this includes the experience and identity of designing a brand, or refining the finished product of an editorial piece and its visual language. I designed the brand identity and assisted in developing the WIX online store for a candle-based business, named WinterWick. It was centralised to enable customers the sense of peace within your home on a seasonal, chilly day, through the power of instilling the right candle and scent into the heart of home. I also managed the initial marketing and social media accounts for WinterWick of Instagram and Facebook, where I raised the brand awareness and aided traffic to the online store. I also communicated with customers regarding product queries and order information. This was a 6-month freelance position, with pay, that enabled me to build my confidence and style initiative as an independent designer.
