In my current role as a Global Brand Lead, I lead a team of Account Managers in a specialised client solutions and innovations team whose aim is to accelerate branding by being the one-stop digital shop for marketers and agencies - delivering unprecedented, holistic, online brand-building solutions to help marketers tame the web. Partnering with CPG advertising giants such as Unilever, Proctor & Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser has afforded me the opportunity to gain a deep knowledge of the industry. I work cross-functionally with both brand builders and brand developers on strategic planning, driving brand equity, scaling reach and awareness and reporting on the uplift. Specifically, this role sees me lead complex global branding campaigns (with activations spanning EMEA, APAC and the Americas) as well as developing robust and creative strategies for the world's biggest advertisers.
Managed a portfolio of 16 highly established UK online retailers. During this time, I specialised in performance marketing and worked closely with each brand on creating, optimising, implementing and analysing search strategies. My primary responsibilities included developing cross-platform campaigns using Google's suite of solutions including PPC, Remarketing, Shopping and Mobile. As a Branding lead for my sector, I also seamlessly managed large-scale YouTube campaigns to customer KPIs.
As an Account Manager on a portfolio of leading global consumer brands, I worked in tandem with senior brand and marketing managers to create robust branding strategies and execute seamless marketing and public relations campaigns. In leading a team of Account Executives and assisting in agency briefings, I demonstrated exceptional effective communication skills both internally and externally, client relationship management, crisis management and in-depth post-campaign analysis. The role also involved navigating through complex alcohol advertising policies and managing large-scale budgets. In addition, I became an active member of a specialist digital team within WH. This team of digital strategists and practitioners adapted global learnings and tailored them to the UKI / EMEA markets. We integrated the power of social marketing with traditional PR to produce measurable results for a wide range of clients. During this time I created content for and facilitated trainings for all staff members, to ensure our messaging and product offering was articulated consistently and clearly.
