As a creative and highly-motivated individual, I enjoy thinking innovatively and originally on new or existing ideas. I have a background in development and research for factual television and documentary and have worked on independent fiction shorts. Alongside this, I have a personal interest for self shooting compelling documentaries on real life modern day subjects that are a gateway to wider socio-political issues.

Director and Producer of ‘A New Era’ - A short documentary following the active campaign and eventual success of New Era Housing Estate in Hoxton, as the residents’ fought to save their homes when the estate was bought by foreign investors. The film was released online and featured on the radio station World Wide News as a thiry minute report.

During my time interning at Touch I proposed and developed an idea for a documentary series that that several major UK Channels (including the BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5) were interested in commissioning.
This internship involved researching and creating ideas that focused on cutting edge medical and environmental solutions for two documentary series on Al Jazeera English.
During my time at the Portico Gallery I was charged with organising a five month exhibi- tion. This involved conceptualising the project, selecting the work, dealing with the artists, organising the press release and designing the exhibition catalogue.
