Ramsay Fairs is home to the Affordable Art Fair, PULSE Contemporary Art Fair and GROW London. I work closely with the Global Marketing Director to deliver corporate marketing objectives. My responsibilities include: Analysing and developing global digital strategy – refining content strategies, measuring KPIs. Planning, supporting and leading worldwide digital advertising campaigns to promote the fairs across social media, e-newsletters, and wider online advertising. Responsible for producing and developing communications from CEO, Fair Directors and local teams to exhibitors – advising on content, content creation, analysing results, improving and strengthening B2B communications strategies. Organising monthly worldwide conference calls with marketing departments (directors, managers, assistants) – setting agendas, presenting, facilitating discussion and knowledge sharing, advising on global strategies. Following up with key actions, ensuring they are properly disseminated and undertaken. Analysing visitor and exhibitor data from questionnaires, interviews, workshops; producing key global and local insights for board and fair teams. Producing global marketing analysis for board reports: incorporating data and proposals into local and global marketing strategies. Advising on, editing and proofing company updates from CEO to all employees. Extensive support to help local teams disseminate and tailor brand messaging to local markets e.g. creation of all global press releases for use by local PR agencies. Proofing, editing, and advising all Fair Directors and Marketing Managers on key advertising creative and all collateral material. Producing, developing and refining content for websites, blogs, e-newsletters, social media. Monitoring digital media comments/feedback and managing crisis strategies. Managing the Global Marketing Assistant – setting goals, deadlines, reviewing quality and effectiveness of work.

Planning, supporting and implementing promotion of the fairs through social media, e- newsletters and online advertising. Providing digital marketing training for new marketing managers. Managing internal communications platform Yammer – sharing interesting links, company/employee news, encouraging participation at all levels. Responsible for measuring marketing KPIs to help develop local strategies. Ensuring local teams update their social media platforms with interesting, innovative and relevant content; providing copy, content and support where necessary. Monitoring social media comments and feedback, researching new trends. Gathering and collating visitor (B2C) and exhibitor (B2B) data from questionnaires and interviews. Creating global marketing training manuals. ? Proofing global marketing materials. Writing global press releases for use by local PR agencies. Media buying and maintaining key media relationships.
