About me

Laura Quarto (1992) graduated in Design and Art at the Free University of Bolzano-Bozen in 2015 (Italy). After working as a freelance graphic designer, she moved to Leiden to pursue a Masters in Film and Photographic Studies. Since 2016, she is part of the core team of Leiden International Short Film Experience where she co-curates the film program as well as supervises the graphic identity of the festival. Laura cultivates her passion for visual communication, ranging from graphic design to photography and film, and believes in the power of social change through these means.
