Lead Volunteer Researcher15 Percent Pledge

The 15 Percent Pledge Canada is a campaign urging major Canadian retailers to stock 15 per cent of their shelf space with Black, Indigenous and/or People of Colour-owned brands. It is a branch of the American edition, started by Brother Vellies Founder Aurora James.
• Leading a team of researchers in auditing seven major Canadian retailers (Hudsons Bay Company, Holt Renfrew, SSENSE, Simons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Loblaws, Indigo). Our research into nearly 5000 brands has resulted in media coverage in CBC, The Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, Refinery 29, among others
• Managing complex Google Sheets containing research data, ensuring accuracy
• To date, Indigo, Vogue, Sephora, Yelp, Rent the Runway, Hudson's Bay Company and West Elm have signed on to the Pledge.
