I currently hold the position as Marketing Manager at Snupps, a social media app based in London. I have been in the position for a year and was originally bought onboard to develop the women’s fashion and beauty segment, an area which has grown exponentially since my arrival. In addition to this to my main focus has been on the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and user acquisition. I manage partner and key user relations, as well as plan, implement and track various B2C marketing campaigns. I am also in charge of our email marketing campaign and day to day social media management. I begun working at Snupps in January 2015 as a Marketing Associate, and was quickly promoted to Marketing Manager in May 2015, to lead a team of 3 others. Previously I completed a MA in Strategic Fashion Marketing from London College of Fashion, with a distinction. I have also completed internships with London based fashion house Mathew Williamson in Digital marketing, and German based fashion brand Hugo Boss, for which I interned for a year in Product Management ‘Boss Black’ in Switzerland. My time working, has taught me a lot about consumer demands, and the importance of a well structured branding & marketing strategy. I am energetic and goal orientated with a strong work ethic. I pride myself in being able to think on my feet and overcome problems when they arise. This combined with my relevant and up to date knowledge of digital marketing initiatives makes me well qualified for the role you are looking to fill.

During my time working for Matthew Williamson I assisted the head of Digital in the department’s ecommerce and digital marketing activity. My responsibilities included, merchandising and uploading new product categories online, using Magento. As well as uploading content onto MW Daily (their online news sight attached to website), this was done using wordpress. I was also responsible for uploading chosen content onto all social media platforms (Facebook, Google+ and Twitter), as well as helping to develop the MW Pinterest page, in preparation for its launch. My job also consisted of helping to upload weekly content for emailers, using brotherMailer and included research into areas such as competitor analysis and blogger partnerships. I aided ecommerce sales by fulfilling orders, issuing refunds and tracking sales for monthly analysis, as well as evaluating site traffic using Google analytics.
Within the year period of working at Hugo Boss, I worked within two different product devisions. My first internship was in the Hugo Boss creative department specialising in men’s shirt design, for their high end luxury brand Boss Black and Selection (now Tailored). My job entailed me assisting the design team including the fabric, trimming and style coordinators as well as helping create workbooks of the designs for the pattern makers and writing quality reports for the quality coordinators. My second six month stint was under a different job title, I worked with the Production Management team for Boss Black Body-wear. This was a significant change as it concentrate not just on one product but many, included Mens swimwear, Body-wear, nightwear and Lounge wear. Within this team, I played a large part in Quality control, liaising with vendors about size specifications, workmanship and fitting issues. I was also given the opportunity to work on large projects including writing a Quality induction manual and matrix for our new warehouse. Within this time I worked extensively with Brand management and the designers to produce a high quality product.
MA in Strategic Fashion Marketing- Graduated with a Distinction (Grade A) Dissertation Title: Facing concerns of the longevity of the OEM model within China; An investigation of the importance of corporate & brand strategy in facilitating the transition from OEM to OBM amongst Hong Kong Based Fashion Enterprises.
