I worked on the Fashion Accessories department as a part-time sales advisor on the lead up to Christmas. My responsibilities primarily included customer service, maintaining the visual appeal of the shop floor, dealing with enquiries, completing stock counts and other money handling duties.
Working as a sales advisor on the cosmetics and fragrance department. This involved learning about completely new products, promotions and selling techniques. I have also participated in brand specific fragrance training.
My main responsibilites included editing product images for the website, assisting with the rebranding of the company and creating graphics for promotional and marketing material. I also helped with the general day-to-day running of the brand which involved processing and packaging orders and dealing with customer enquiries.
This was a three day festival and my main responsibilities included working with an artist to display and promote her work, having an in-depth knowledge of the festival schedule and dealing with a variety of public enquiries relating to the festival.
Alongside my Sales Advisor position, I shadowed the Visual Merchandiser Team over one month while they completed tasks. I mainly assisted in changing window and shop floor displays according to Head Office regulations.
Over the three years I worked here I had experience on Shoes, Childrenswear and Lingerie. My responsibilities included: providing excellent customer service, maintaining an organised and visually appealing shop floor, dealing with a wide range of customers enquiries, and other money handling duties.
