- MiamiMiami is a series of screen printed samples and pillow cases. The starting point of this project was an avocado, looking at its origins i was soon brought to Miami, where many of these fruits are cultivated. Through developing my designs i was draw to Miami and its most iconic imagery most would associate with this vibrant city. The prints focus on simple line drawings of the skyline, palms and neon lights, being overlapped in the print process to create a playful and loose design.
- Resort CultureFor my final major project i focussed on imagery of holiday/ vacation destinations and resorts. To create a body of work that rebrands a fictional hotel/bar/pool. Looking at ‘design’ hotels such as The Ace or The Standard I wanted to bring this strong focus on aesthetics to traditional holiday destinations like Florida/Spain, typical travel agent hotspots.
