    My role as a Web Traffic Manager is to manage the smooth execution of Marks & Spencer's campaigns liaising with shareholders to ensure an accurate, efficient and on time delivery. To report regular progress to the Production Manager, to monitor results and make recommendations on campaign optimization.     As a project manager, I work on various projects from digital marketing, website design and build & media campaigns across desktop, tablet and mobile. As it is a client facing role, I am involved in every step of a given project from pitch and concept to final delivery. I work closely with all parties in the project cycle, from briefing the design and developer team and managing their workflow to being the first point of contact for clients across the business.
