  • My role as a Web Traffic Manager is to manage the smooth execution of Marks & Spencer's campaigns liaising with shareholders to ensure an accurate, efficient and on time delivery. To report regular progress to the Production Manager, to monitor results and make recommendations on campaign optimization. The key deliverables of my role are: o Responsible for managing production workflow on day-to-day changes o Support and help evolve briefing process to sync changes between current site and new platform o Ensure production workflow dovetails seamlessly with existing processes o Working with in-house and offshore production function o Project scheduling and management, campaign management and status reporting o Think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce best possible results. o Ensure documentation is updated to reflect changes in processes o Planning resource in line with commercial activity and workload o Management of performance of site through reporting and analytics – implementing changes as required to improve the customer experience o Liaising with various internal teams, offshore team and supplier teams Key Accountabilities: o Managing the end to end web merchandising content delivery on new platform o Working with offshore and onshore teams to identify risks to output and reviewing ongoing improvements o Management of BAU content releases o Consistent site standards are adhered to o Management of daily / weekly production work cycles o Critical path management – delivery on time aligned with plan Systems Skills o HTML, CSS knowledge o JavaScript, JQuery o CMS o Cross-browser compatibility testing o JIRA and Sharepoint Key Relationships: o Trading and Marketing team o Production Team On and Offshore o Design Team o Ops Management team o User Experience

  • As a project manager, I work on various projects from digital marketing, website design and build & media campaigns across desktop, tablet and mobile. As it is a client facing role, I am involved in every step of a given project from pitch and concept to final delivery. I work closely with all parties in the project cycle, from briefing the design and developer team and managing their workflow to being the first point of contact for clients across the business.
