As the brand guardian, my role is to create, maintain and communicate our brand messages and company culture internally and externally on a global scale. Managing all brand assets and external communications representing the brand, I have worked to launch a new modern website as well as grow our employee brand through various social media campaigns.
I was accountable for providing operational support for large Consumer Electronics and FMCG companies. As the first point of contact for all client field staff, I worked closely with Client Support Managers, Account Directors and client contacts. Successes included contributing to the work behind winning the Team of the Year award at the Field Marketing and Brand Experience Awards in 2014 and streamlining a travel and accommodation booking system which allowed our team to focus on additional offerings to clients.
