After completing a Level 3 NVQ in Social Media for business with Just It, and graduating from Brit School with Triple Distinctions in Musical Theatre, I want to be able to integrate my creative, visionary skills with all I have learnt from working as a Digital Marketer at Stickyworld for the past 14 months. Digital Marketing can reach such a wide range of genres, which is what I love about it. Being able to express your passion for different subjects through marketing. Since performing from such a young age, my confidence in presenting my ideas to a large group of people comes naturally to me. I love working with people, so working closely with customers is a pleasure. Digital communication is continuously expanding -rapidly- and it's exciting, although I still believe face to face engagement will always reach meaningful outcomes and have a place.
Duties include: ? Controlling all social media accounts - including; Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. ? Writing relevant blogs on our main website using WordPress and hubspot. ? Meeting customers on a regular basis. ? Attending and hosting various events including; Twitter Walkabouts, City University, Eventbrite Start-up lectures, Mass challenge finalist events, Nominet Trust, Innovate UK Pitches. ? I was able to organise and create these campaigns through Hubspot and manually on Twitter and Hootsuite. ? Supporting clients if they had any issues with the website functionality. ? Coming up with new design ideas for our website and social media platforms – for example, making the Stickyworld logo into a pumpkin for Halloween and creating and updating the Facebook and Twitter banners to match relevant campaigns or projects we are working on at the time. This then creates more interest. ? Monitoring and measuring website and social media analytics and reporting to the CEO. ? Creating reports based on blog views, sign ups, activity on Stickyworld, followers on social media, active customer lists. ? Using collaborative tools such as, Google docs, Hootsuite, Hubspot and Skype. ? Pitching at events such as Mass Challenge accelerator. ? Speaking and conversing with potential partners in campaigns for Stickyworld. ? Finding and organising new leads for varied projects.
