I am an artist, designer based in London. For the past 15 months I have travelled and worked through South America, New Zealand and Asia. This exploration has been very advantageous for me in regards to my development as an artist designer. My background is highly creative with an eye for detail. I am able to work with a variety of mediums to produce an array of works. I have worked on costumes and makeup for films and models, woodwork, handcrafted models and computer aided designs for the built environment. I am a proactive and organised individual who enjoys a challenge. I have good communication and leadership skills, which allow me to work well independently and as part of a team. I always meet deadlines, with or without supervision, using my own initiative. I handle responsibility and build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels and I have a proven track record of being able to conceive, develop & execute strategies. My passions run deep within the creative field. I especially get pleasure from design and the way it is incorporated and perceived into society and the environment. I have a combination of creative, artistic and problem-solving skills, which I feel, are essential for this position. My interests lie in many disciplines such as architecture, painting, photography, fashion, sculpture, graphics, screen printing, geography, drawing, music and the environment which I draw upon to educate and inspire. I am an excellent drawer/sketcher and model maker as well as being able to use computer based programs to develop ideas and produce finished work. My strong attention to detail has allowed me to explore creatively. From bespoke furniture designs for a primary school in Leyton, London, with a theme based around democracy, to handcrafted models; one such model was over 1m tall and was exhibited at an architectural conference with The RIBA.
