• Administrative duties- Booking meeting rooms for visits, use of Excel for staff rotas and diary management, distributing post on a daily basis, taking calls from maintenance, booking maintenance work for the building, taking conference calls and taking notes for management. Managing and distributing daily post, photocopying, printing of documents, scanning and filing of necessary paperwork and any ad-hoc duties that may be required of myself. • Analysing reports- BSA/BS3 looking at weekly sales Vs Plan and Company, cumulative sales vs plan and Company sales for the half. • Drawing up planned layout formats for stores using Illustrator. • Planning, delegating, and responsibility for model store- Distributing documents needed to staff and explaining the task in hand, planning and booking all maintenance required, ordering of new fixtures, organising deliveries from couriers, responsibility of trend layout and look. • Training new employees and providing feedback. • Responsible for overall store look and layout on a daily basis, managing large in-store projects. • Leading in store visits from Head office- Talking through figures and providing information on sales to regional manager and FVM. • Using updates from head office to inspire our store- TS Weekly, Branch merchandise, VM update and taking action • Networking and using social media for market research- using email, Whatsapp, Groupme, Instagram, Pinterest and facebook. • Ensuring windows and mannequins are dressed in the latest trends and to the highest of standards

• Administrative duties- PA to senior designer of dresses, booking meeting rooms, use of Excel for collating employees expenses, liasing with suppliers, organising catering for seasonal events, distributing post on a daily basis, photocopying, printing of documents, scanning and filing of necessary paperwork and any ad-hoc duties that may be required of myself. • Liaising with designers to help them create innovative and eye catching mood boards using Illustrator and photoshop. • Responsibility for creating embellishment, embroidery, and section planning for all jersey dresses. • Working on Photoshop and Illustrator producing flat designs of booked garments. • Creating pieces for Pixie Lott collections. • Working with the Senior Designer to ensure I captured her vision for the garments.
