  • I am currently the Marketing Manager at a small retail company in Huddersfield called Hot Tub World.   • I was Customer Service Manager for Equity Ski, part of the Inspiring Learning group. I was based in a hotel in Alpe D’huez in France that had 160 capacity and was full most weeks. I managed a team of 3 other people throughout the season. My main responsibilities included: • Main point of contact for travel groups for the week • Manage team of 4 people • Organising lift passes, lessons and ski hire for up to 160 people each week • Handle insurance claims for staff and guests • Sell additional ski packages or après ski activities • Plan and run après ski activities • Maintain weekly finance reports and weekly staff rotas • Assist groups too and from the airport each week
