  • Rugby World Cup Trophy Tour Event Coordinator. As event coordinator as I was required to be the direct point of contact between the venue and travelling team. My role relied heavily on organised logistical planning to unsure the smooth running of each event. The job required me to think fast on my feet as well as demonstrate a positive team mentality and hands on approach to the rest of the team.

  • As event assistant manager I was required to manage administration and coordination of each project. Key tasks included hiring and managing freelance staff for events, sourcing venues for clients and liaising between them and suppliers. I also managed organisation of all relevant health and safety, insurance, managing budgets, coordinating schedules and event scripts, as well as booking cars, couriers and accommodation. My role was heavily based around building relationships with clients, to understand their brand and present relevant proposals to suit them. Acting as a main contact for all general enquiries for the business, I would also construct and manage all guest lists, both prior to and during the event, whilst monitoring the response and attendance to ensure a smooth debrief after each project.

  • Key tasks included acting as personal assistant for Managing Director and sales team. I was responsible for general administrative tasks such as managing client schedules, dealing with membership enquiries, customer care activities and touring prospective clients. Part of the role was also to help out the sales team by securing new clients and generating leads through promotional activity, which included organising in house events and managing company output during trade show events within the leisure industry..
