CS Notepad is a modern and highly innovative call answering service based in Hove, East Sussex, with facilities for inbound and outbound calls, order taking and payment processing, scheduling appointments, diary management and postal deliveries. CS Notepad answers calls on behalf of more than 500 companies, organisations and charities through out the United Kingdom.?As a Customer Service Advisor, key roles also include communicating with the client along side administrational work and investigating complaints. ?Basic training for new staff members, providing personal feedback and key skills for success in the office environment.
