6-month placement during my gap-year at the French fashion house whose renaissance is based, amongst others, on the development of its online store. - Processed online orders daily and monitored the customer relationship via e-mail and telephone to maintain an excellent level of customer service - Controlled the sales and managed the stock, placing new orders when necessary - Analysed and reported weekly and monthly results and other data (sales, traffic, budget) - Prepared the product catalogue and co-organised the photo-shooting, liaising with external suppliers - Coordinated different services during the new website development: directors, creative and IT departments
