Leandra O'Sullivan, Head of Design at ASOS has been with the company for 4.5 years having previously worked in the industry for 16 years with similar high street retailers. At ASOS Leandra has seen the design team grow, the product increase and been part of the team to drive direction within the product, to include key items, premium editorial pieces as well as pushing fashion at all price points for all customers. Her varied role includes travelling internationally and vintage shopping to source new ideas, shapes, prints and embellishments for the range. Leandra is also responsible for ensuring that the collections always include counter seasonal product relevant for the Australian customer.
