Key accomplishments: ● Instrumental in turning Content London from a one-day event with 100 delegates to an industry-leading event attracting over 1300 delegates/ 200 speakers in 2016. Increased revenue of £700,000. ● Researching, implementing and launching Content London app in 2015 - resulting in enhanced delegate experience and increased networking opportunities. ● Successful launch and delivery of Drama Summit West 2016 in LA. ● Promoted from Special Projects Manager to Head of Special Projects and Events in 2014. Responsible for: ● Planning, producing, budgeting and managing the operations and logistics for all annual C21 conferences and special events including: ➢ Content London: High-profile annual 4-day conference with 3 separate streams running simultaneously across 4 theatres including panel sessions, keynotes, screenings and networking. Due to the events continuous success and growth, this responsibility was handed over to a newly appointed Head of Programming. I now work alongside this role managing the logistics and communications for high-level industry speakers. ● Sourcing, negotiating, establishing and maintaining business, partner and supplier relationships. ● Recruitment of full-time events team plus freelance / temporary workforce for each event. ● Lead in all conference and special projects meetings and debriefs
